Biography
Dr. El-Sobky is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He subspecializes in pediatric orthopedics especially Cerebral Palsy Surgery. He is principally involved in clinical research and education relating to Children’s orthopedics and Childhood Neuromuscular Disorders especially Cerebral Palsy. He is a Member of Education Committee of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. He was an invited member of the International Scientific Advisory Board which worked alongside the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM) and the International Alliance of Academies of Childhood Disability (IAACD) Scientific Program Committee leading up to the AACPDM 73rd Annual Meeting (2nd Triannual IAACD Meeting) in Anaheim, California on September 18 – 21, 2019. The term officially ran from 9/1/2018 to 9/30/2019.
