Biography
Yasser Al-Mahdy is a professor of educational administration & leadership at faculty of education - Ain Shams University-Egypt. He is a Head of the research group of educational leadership & management , Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. His research interests include instructional leadership, teacher professional learning, school reform & improvement, structural equation modeling.
