Biography
Dr. Eman F. Sanad is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry – Faculty of Pharmacy – Ain Shams University – Cairo – Egypt. Dr. Eman got her PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences – Biochemistry in 2014 from Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, Egypt. Her PhD project was about the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases with the impact of diabetes. She has several international publications in prestigious peer-reviewed international journals such as "Diabetes research and clinical practice", “Kidney and blood pressure research”, “Environmental Science and Pollution Research", "Biomedicines" and "Frontiers in Oncology". Besides contributing to several international and national conferences, she acted as a peer reviewer for many international journals such as “Plos ONE”.
Dr. Eman is interested in oncology and the molecular basis of insulin resistance, inflammation and cell death. She is supervising a number of master and PhD theses. She is participating in the teaching and development of many undergraduates and postgraduate courses.
