Abstract
The present study aimed to prepare a new glaze from Egyptian raw
materials which has an economical benefit, better physical and
mechanical properties than the ordinary glaze. On the other hand, these
glass-ceramic compositions CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CMAS)
