Abstract
The present study included the clinical evaluation of autologous fat in 20 patients with different cosmetic problems, such as the aging face, traumatic scars, hemifacial atrophy. Facial soft tissue defects, acne and post burn scarring. As the technique entails harvesting of fat from a donor site & transplantation into a recipient site, different donor sites were tried and compaired, different equipments described by different authors •were aJso tried.
