Abstract
Liver cirrhosis is one of the major health problems. In Egypt it leads the list of endemic diseases. It is widely accepted that failure of the heart can lead to liver dysfunction and damage, but it is not widely recognized that, liver failure can also lead to cardiac dysfunction.
