Abstract
Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is classified into primary
and secondary. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is the most
common cause of secondary APS. The prevalence of APLAs,
either LA or ACLAs, in patients with SLE is high (Roubey, 2004).
