Abstract


Qualitative and quantitative analysis of delayed 4 and 24 hour images are very helpful in diagnosis of obstructive uropathy associated with significant functional nephron loss, and is able to indicate the level of obstruction, 24 hour images are more helpful in diagnosis of obstruction in advanced functional nephron loss.


Quantitative data is helpful in confinning qualitative impressions, both can be used in follow-up of patients to confirm complete relief of obstruction.
