Abstract
Retrospective study done for 240 endocrinological cases having anovulation and lry infertility, in the last one year. Sex hormone profile were done including FSH, LH, prolactin, E2 , Free testosterone and DHEA-S04 for most of
cases by which results determine that: In cases of
Galactorrhea there was marked elevation of serum prolactin. In cases of PCOS there were elevation in LH and increase LH: FSH ratio and elevation of DHEA-S04 in
cases of Hirsutism there was increase serum testosterone.
