Abstract


The work of the present thesis is aimed to study the effect of fertilization programs of sugar cane on the quality and chemical treatment of cane juice by application of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and also application of some organic fertilizers (filter mud and bagasse furnace ash) to find a route to increase the phosphate content of the juice which is the most important factor in efficient clarification of cane juice to get clarified juice with high quality necessary to get final sugar with confirming to Egyptian standards. This study is also aimed to reach the optimum doses of fertilizers needed to cane plant in order to get cane juice with high phosphate content.
