Abstract
SUMMARY
T
he present study was carried on to evaluate the prevalence of Tramadol users in STEMI.
This study was conducted on one thousand patients who were selected from coronary care unit in Ain shams university hospital (cardiology department) between July 2016 and July 2017.
These patients already had STEMI and underwent tramadol qualitative test in urine with evaluation of the last dose before attack of STEMI, frequent uptake per week and the duration of the dose.
The test was described to the patients and informed written consent was taken. In order not to affect the results of the study.
