Obesity is a complex problem affecting multi systems in humans, so the

weight reduction is a very important for obese subjects .This study showed the effects of low-carbohydrate versus low-fat diet Combined with aerobic
exercise on the anthropometric measures (Weight ,BMI ,WBR%& Fat
I
Ma s) in obese young females .



Thirty obese young females aged 20-30 years were selected from the subjects of the Faculty of Physical Therapy ,Cairo University and the Fachlty of Medicine for girls, Al-Azhar University. Their body mass index was ranged from 30 to 39.9 kg/m2 i.e. "obese I ,II" according to WHO's classification (1998).The thirty patients were classified into two groups,
each group consists of fifteen subjects , the first received a low
I
carbohydrate diet with a programme of aerobic exercise (group A) & the second received a low fat diet with the same programme of aerobic exercise (group B).
