Abstract


The tnean value of APCs in the samples obtained from the intestines and the mesenteric lymph nodes were 2.6 x 106 ± 2.3 x 105 and 4.9 x 105 ± 3.3 x 103 respectively.

Mean value of APCs in the samples of liver was 5 x 104 ± 2.7 x 104


meanwhile the mean value of the hepatic lytnph nodes, 1.1 x 105 ±
8.0 X 103 . Higher value was recorded from the gallbladder where the mean value of APCs attained 3.5 x I 05 ± 3.1 x I03. As regard to the diaphragnlatic tnuscles-the. representative or mutton in thistudy - the

79% of mesenteric lymph nodes showed APCs count exceeding

105, while 61 %of the intestines had counts ranged between I o<'- I 07. Also, 77 % of gallbladder samples had counts exceeding I 05 and attained to I o<) meanwhile 70 °/o of the exan1ined liver san1ple showed

APCs exceeding 1 04. Some hat lower percentage (64 %) of the hepatic lymph nodes had the same count of 1 04 .

62% of diaphragmatic muscle had a count between I 05 to I 06.
