Work Empowerment versus Organizational Commitment among Nurse Teachers at Secondary Nursing Schools
Reda Ali Mohamed Abd Elgaleel;
Abstract
The composition of the Holy Quran is considered one of the most important foundations of its miracles as it included the most creative constructions, the most marvelous formulations, powerful terms, and wisest methods which resonated well with rhetoricians and touched their hearts throughout the ages. Hence, this research was a step to reveal the secrets of the dexterity of this holy composition where I investigated the rhetorical composition used in the verses of the holy Surah Al-Isra, considering the abundance of denotations and meanings of rhetorical evidences in an attempt to follow the imam of rhetoric Abdul Qaher Al-Jirjani – may Allah have mercy on him- in his treatment of Quranic texts who – as Professor Sayyid Qutub said – was the spring which overflowed with knowledge.
The research was divided into different themes which included an introduction, a preface and four chapters. The preface on Surah "Al-Isra" included three themes, the first of which addressed its naming, classification, ordering and virtues. The second theme highlighted its purposes and topics, while the third theme dealt with what was suitable before, in and after this Surah. This was followed by conducting a stylistic study of the holy Surah in terms of style and content in a new step to demonstrate its Mecca-based revelation in the first chapter. In the second chapter, I examined the composition of the methods of semantics of the Surah such as statement, diction, foregrounding, backgrounding, circumlocution and brevity.
In the third chapter, I studied the composition of rhetorical features including allegory, metaphor and substitution. Chapter four dealt with rhetorical embellishments in the Surah including verbal and moral branches. I complemented all of this by discussing the stylistic benefits given by this holy Quranic composition and effective eloquence never created throughout the centuries and the large number of researchers.
This research aimed to emphasize the sublimity and eloquence of the rhetoric of Holy Quran. It also aimed to affirm the superiority of its rhetorical constructions and that it has composition contained powerful linguistic formulations and that its miracles are matchless. The research also aimed to elucidate the wonderful rhetoric including its construction, flexibility and toleration to draw various draw endless rhetorical connotations and meanings. In this lies the most powerful answer to those who criticized rhetoric as static and rigid and falsely claimed that it is unable to keep up with literary life due to its old age. Finally, the research aimed to enrich Quranic rhetorical studies in a serious manner through the method of linguistic construction of the rhetorical method, while taking inspiration from the legacy of its rhetoricians and exegetists.
The research concluded with a host of results and recommendations that I pray to Allah SAW that they serve students of knowledge and researchers with the hope that they research, explore and benefit from.
