Abstract
Many trials were done to prove the link between joint damage and disability in rheumatoid arthritis as it is characterized by chronic inflammation of synovial joints and this inflammation leads to joint pain and stiffness which causes impaired function, progressive synovitis will lead to permanent damage of the articular cartilage and bone.
