Abstract
The present study 1s concerned with studying cephalosporinase enzyme produced by cephradine resistant pathogenic bacteria.
This study was conducted from December 1994 to February 1995 by collection 57 clinical samples from Faculty of Medicine Cairo University and Sayed Gala!Hospital Al Azhar University, 15 samples of sore throat, 16 samples of otitis,12 samples of stool and 14 samples of abscesses.
