I owe an unrepayable debt of profound gratitude and sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hassan Hussein, Professor of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Who intr,oduced me to a world of ideas and patiently helped me with a few of my own.
