Free Convection in enclosures

Abstract
In the present study, transient natural convection m an inclined enclosure containing internal heat source is numerically investigated. Two types of heating are studied, the uniformly distributed heat source and concentrated heat source. In case of concentrated heat source; single, two or three points and along both parallel and normal lines corresponding to the enclosure base are considered.
The two dimensional governing equations of free convective flow consist of continuity, momentum and energy equations in the Cartesian coordinates. These flow describing equations are put ih dimensionless form by introducing appropriate dimensionless independent and
dependent variables.
