ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICAL STUDIES ON THE EFFECTS 'I OF NARCOTICS,ACTIVATORS AND INHIBITORS COMPOUNDS ON PEOPLE LIVING IN ASWAN GOVERNORATE
Mostafa Mahmoud Mohamed Mostafa;
Abstract
The present work is confined to study the environmental abused drugs which are present in the urine samples collected from populations working and living at Aswan Governorate. The samples were collected during the period January- December
1995. The urine samples were tested to monitor and to evaluate drug levels (alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, cannabinoids, opiates, and benzodiazepines). The present thesis is constructed from three chapters.
Chapter 1:
In the first chapter, introduction, rum of study, orientation, problem, and literature survey are given. The drugs'levels and methods of estimation of these drugs.
Chapter II:
The second chapter includes the experimental part. This invol ves samples collection,chemicals'Kits,instruments used and meth ods of measurements.
Chapter ill:
Chapter three contains the results of chemical analysis of the urine samples and the discussion of these results, conclusion, summary, and references. In this chapter, the levels of alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, cannabinoids, opiates and benzodia zepines existing in the urine samples collected from populations working and living at Aswan Governorate during the period January-December 1995 are assayed and discussed. The results obtained are exhibited as follows:
