Abstract
The ability to see inside the abdomen and pelvic cavity via a steel tube containing a series of optic lenses has revolutionized the practice of Gynecology and taken much of the guess out of the diagnostic process. So, Laparoscopy with tubal lavage is considered the critical standard for evaluating tubal patency and other peritoneal factors as it offers direct visualization of the pelvic anatomy and determine the appearance of the fimbria, presence of periadnexal adhesions and endometriosis. Laparoscopy ts often recommended when the hysterosalpingogram test suggests tubal factor.
