The purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of a-tocopherol as a natural antioxidant food additive on the structural m1d functional alterations in the liver and kidney of rats in-vivo, and its effect on rabbit's intestine and rats uterus in-vitro, in comparison with that of BHT and BHA as synthetic antioxidants food- additives
