Abstract
The subject of the study is about studying and analyzing the implications of regional and international security threats in the Central Asian region. Has increased the strategic importance of Central Asia after the collapse and disintegration of the Soviet Union and the independence of the countries in the region in late 1991.
And if we go to security threats in the region find them by the multi multi-ethnic, linguistic and religious in most countries of the region, which has exacerbated the problem of ethnic fragmentation within the region, in addition to the military and political, economic, social, and cultural rights.
