Abstract
Nutrition has afundemental role m human health specially the vulnerable group such as children.
The present study is designed to know the factors affecting malnutrition among children m the rural areas of Al-menufia Governorate.
The study sample was taken from Shibin El kom, Alshohadaa, AI Bagour, and Tala.
The studied sample included 200 child who were suffering from malnutrition and visiting the out or inside patients clinics and institutions.
Also 200 healthy child were chosen as a control sample those children were visiting the maternal and child care centers for vaccination and some of them were taking from kinder garden.
