Abstract


The present study aimed to explore the effects of Mindfulness-based and Cognitive-behavior Therapy for Anger and Anger management among a sample of 2nd-grade female students of University, The Studying Sample was (66) female students with higher levels of (trait, state) anger were randomly assigned to two groups, an experimental group (33)female students and a control group(33)female students, The Tools of Study:State-Trait Anger Scale (Designed by Spielberger), Anger management Scale (Designed bythe researcher), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(Designed by Baer, Smith, et, al) Translate by the researcher & Supervisors, Results; showed that the experimental group showed higher than control group in anger management, and Mindfulness, and the experimental group showed lower than control group in anger (trait, state)
