Mohammed Abdelrahman Mahmoud Saud;
Abstract
This study was conducted to compare between two different treatment modalities the first was using four conventional implants in the interforaminal region, and the second was using four implants (two in the anterior region and two short implants in the posterior region) retaining fixed detachable mandibular dentures regarding implant stability using resonance frequency analysis (RFA)
Fourteen completely edentulous patients were selected to participate in this study. All patients participating in this study were rehabilitated by maxillary complete denture opposed by implant retained mandibular fixed detachable prosthesis retained with four implants.
