Mohamed El-Shahatt Mahmoud Dawoud;

Abstract

The clinical application of laparoscopic surgery has become commonplace only during the 5 to l 0 years (Doll Risucci et aL, 2001). Now operative laparoscopy has great benefits where it reduces postoperative discomfort, is followed by almost invisible scars, has a shorter postoperative hospital stay and earlier return to work (Talamin et a/., 1991).
