Abstract


The present study is a Retrospective cohort study to correlate between body mass index and gonadotrophin secretions in PCOS patients and their effect on clinical pregnancy in ICSI cycles.
The study was done at Assisted Reproductive Technology unit at Maternity Hospital - Ain Shams University, 2018. 96 women with history of PCOS and infertility enrolled in the study and divided into two groups, one of them 46 women with BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2 and the other 50 women with BMI < 30kg/m2.
Data was collected, tabulated, then analyzed using IBM© SPSS© Statistics version 23.
The aim of the study to correlate between body mass index and gonadotrophin secretions in PCOS patients and their effect on clinical pregnancy in ICSI cycles.
