Abstract

Pollution is still the main problem of the world. Today, as a result
of modernization and construction of different factories (oil, refining and
painting industries) the pollutants especially solid wastes have become
widely distributed in soil and water.
The most dominant and spreading wastes in great areas are the MSW which include everyday trash items, such as scraps, appliances, batteries, packaging, yard wastes, glass, paper and food. It should be noted that this category of wastes refers to trash from both urban and rural areas and city.
The environment report (2009) introduced by The Ministry of

at about 20 million tons annually, which means a daily generation of
about 57,000 tons. Nevertheless, recycling processes do not exceed 20 %
and are not done in safe and effective manner; which might expose
citizens and workers to many health risks.
It was found that the world total mine production from bauxite in
