Abstract
The present study is a prospective randomized study and included l 00 clients who were attended at family planning center in Assiut city (50 clients in study :,>roup and the other 50 in the control group) and were followed up every 3 months during the pe1iod of study (hom October, 2004 to September, 2005)_
In this study, the majority of female clients were between 20-
40 years of age ' of intennediate degrees of education ' house wires, intermediate income , having >5 family members and live with the big family. The majority of husbands were between 30-50 years of age , of intermediate de :,>rees of education , and having manual work.
