Abstract


In this work, the porous medium was modeled as bundles of parallel square rods arranged in a regular pattern, inline and stagger arrangements with infmite length in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction. The stream•
, vorticity formulation was used to numerically analyze the hydrodynamic and

thermal behavior of two- dimensional laminar incompressible flow for the fully developed flow and for the entrance region.
