Abstract
• Crenuine sterss incontinence is a major Clinical 'problem
which is prevalent, disruptive and conplex. It is .the condition in which urive loss occurs when the bladder presure exceeds the maximal urethral pressure. The etiologies of urinary incontinence are many. The pathophyriology may be multifactorial. Conservative management should be the firstlire of treatment in any age group. Ower 150 operative procedure for treatment of incontinence have been described in order to offer good long term results.
