Abstract
Pediatric oncology nurses are at risk of burnout, Burnout is a cumulative stress from the demands of daily life, a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by a depletion of the ability to cope with one’s environment, particularly the work environment (Barnard,2006).
The Aim of the study:
This study aimed to assess burnout among pediatric oncology nurses
SUBJECTS AND METHODS
Research Questions:
1. What are the leading causes of burnout as perceived by pediatric oncology nurses?
2. What are the manifestations of burnout among pediatric oncology nurses??
The subject and methods of the current study will be discussed under the following four (4) designs:
