Abstract
The study presented in this thesis includes development and the combination between some techniques and technologies such as Analytical chemistry, Biochemistry and Photochemistry for the determination components in human body e.g. (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) and (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and pharmaceutical tablets like gatifloxacin .
The study is divided into four chapters:
Chapter one.
Introduction and literature review, This Chapter includes a general introduction on fluorescence spectroscopy and its advantage in modern analytical techniques and its theory about sensing and different types of fluorescent probes. A literature review on the measurement of TSH, Gatifloxacin and FSH using different method of detection. Recent references related to research has been used.
Chapter two.
Describes a highly selective and sensitive spectrofluorimetric method for the assessment of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in Serum Samples based on the enhancement of luminescence intensity of the photo probe binuclear palladium (II) 2 – pyrazine carboxamide bipyridine [Pd (pyc) (bpy)] Complex.It was found that there is enhancement of fluorescence intensity between photo probe and TSH in addition to
