Abstract
During the past two decades there have been significant changes in the epidemiology of human papilloma virus (HPV), esulting in an increasing incidence of lower genital tract neoplasia. However, the incidence of invasive vulvar cancer remained stable, and vulvar cancer was still considered to cbe mainly a disease of old women.
