Evaluation of work related musclo-skeletal symptoms among clerl{s in Ain Shams University Faculty of medicine

Abstract
Cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) have been a magnificent problem for the industry mangers and health care providers. Cervical spondylitis and carpal tunnel syndrome are major examples of the wide array of (CTDs). This study aimed at identifying whether there is excess risk for workers exposed to high repetition like data entry workers who spend long time working in front of computers compared to other group which are static clerk workers. Study design is cross sectional, source population for the study is data entry workers from Ain Shams university faculty of informations and computer science and Alexandria bank (I00) workers, compared to 300 static clerk workers from Ain Shams university faculty of medicine. Structured interview were done with each subject for collection of data which are personal data, work data and complaint if present.
