Abstract
The study focused primarily on the possibility of a relationship or link between organizational learning on the one hand and the decision-making process on the other hand, that it would beg the existence of the relationship between the two, to what extent can organizational learning contribute to improving the decision-making process? And any of the stages of decision-making process shows the effect of organizational learning clearly? , As well as the compatibility of the order to the place of the field study and of the Ministry of State for Administrative Development, Arab Republic of Egypt, and therefore has been to split the study into three main chapters, beginning with the first chapter, where dealing with the conceptual framework of variables, the basic underlying the study, which divided in turn to two sections, basic first section and deals with (organizational learning) in terms of concept and basic principles that underlie and actors in the process and importance, as well as in the case of Study of the second (decision making), which addresses the definition of decision¬making process and the kinds of decisions and Forms decision-making and collective participation in decision-making.
The study then moves during the second quarter, which comes under the title (the relationship between organizational learning and decision-Sta), where the first section deals with it to examine the organizational factors affecting the adoption of the concept of organizational learning, and then allowed to participate in decision-making, while the second section deals with the effect of pillars and the basic principles underlying the concept of organizational learning and its relationship stages and steps of different decision-making process.
The third chapter deals with the field study to test the knowledge of the rules of organizational learning in the Ministry of State for Administrative Development, and the impact on decision-making process in the ministry.
Finally the study reached in the end that: there is a positive relationship and positive impact to the process of organizational learning on the side of decision-making, also found the existence of the impact of factors of the regulatory environment on these Alentgerin key so that whenever the regulatory environment better equipped in all respects, as has that with him to increase knowledge of the rules of organizational learning, and consequently increase the demand for collective decision-making process. t / /
