Abstract
Study examined the concept of organizational learning as it relates to decision-making process as W;'!ill as aspects that can be exercised through the organizational learning impact on dt: cision-making process through its focus on addressing the rules and indicators of :he concept of organizational learning as identified by the literature, and then studying is's impact on decision-making process in all stages starting from the diagnosis of the problem, analyze, and propose alternatives and solutions, and build and choose the most appropriate alternative and then decide in the end, taking into account the nature of the environment and organizational factors that would affect those the relationship between the two concepts of organizational factors that administrative leadership, and organizational culture, job satisfaction and, for this part of the theoreti:: al study.
As part of applied, was chosen by the researcher to one of the organizations in the
field of public administration and to test and examine the knowledge of the application of the rules of organizational learning where it is then its impact on the process of making and management decision-making by, namely the Ministry of State for Administrative Development, Arab Republic of Egypt. The study, in the end reached a direct positive correlation between organizational learning and decision-making, so that it increases the effectiveness and quality of decision maki:11g process by increasing knowledge of the rules of organizational learning.
