Abstract
The problem with research in the study of policies of employees' selection applied to the multinational companies under study, and find out how different multinational companies under study is to identify and order of the criteria of employees' selection, and study the impact of cultural dimensions on policies of employees' selectionin multinational companies under study, and study the impact of policies of employees' selectionin multinational companies under study, on the effectiveness of performance, and study the impact of cultural dimensions in multinational companies under study on the effectiveness of their performance.
Research goals:
1. Identify policies of employees' selection in multinational companies under the study, which include policies (selection criteria, selection sources,selection methods).
2. Study the impact of cultural dimensions on policies of employees' selection in multinational companies under the study.
3. study the effect of policies of employees' selection in multinational companiesunder the study on the effectiveness of the performance policies.
4. study the impact of cultural dimensions in multinational companies under the study on the effectiveness of the performance.
5. out a number of resultss and recommendations.
Research hypotheses:
1. There are no substantial differences between the multinational companies in policies of employees' selection, depending on the different nationalities of these companies.
