Analysis of some drugs used in the treatment of respiratory system disoraers

Abstract

In this thesis, simple, fast and sensitive methods of analysis of some drugs used in the treatment of respiratory system disorders are proposed. The studied drugs are Bee , Fp , Fen , Ipr , Sal , Salm xinafoate and Bx .The drugs are analysed in pure form,laboratory prepared mixtures and pharmaceutical dosage forms. These methods were compared with the official methods. The thesis is presented as following:

Part I.' Spectroscopy

Section 1. Spectro fluorimetric method

I. Spectrofluorimetric determination, of salm xinafoate was developed. The native fluorescence of the first was measured in methanol by giving emission at 310±2& 410±2 nm when excited at 270 nm.
