Abstract
اشتملت هذه الدراسة علي62 مريضا مصابا بفشل تنفسي ناتج عن تدهور حاد بضيق مزمن بالشعب الهوائية, هؤلاء المرضي تم تقسيمهم إلي مجموعتين:
مجموعة أ: إشتملت علي 32 مريضآ (29 ذكرآ, 3 إناث) تم علاجهم بواسطة التنفس الإصطناعي النافذ.
مجموعة ب: إشتملت علي 30 مريضآ (25
