PHYSICAL STUDY ON SOME COMPOSITE FERRITE

Abstract
BaTi03-CoFe204 were prepared of different composites with the ceramic method. X-ray diffraction patterns confinned the existence of three phases. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss, electrical conductivity, and the initial permeability were measured. The refractive index was estimated from I. R. spectra. The Seebic coefficient indicated the transition of mobility from p-type to n-type with rising temperature. The change of magnetic field produces electrical
