Abstract
In this thesis the problems of computer-aided design (CAD) of control systems and simulation of real system are attacked. CAD tool that enables the user to plan and to design different control strategies are developed. The internal design of the tool is based on object oriented programming, with large predefined libraries of customizable components. The system allows user to extend the libraries by building special components for specific problems.
