Abstract


Problem of the study
The problem of the study lies in answering questions the following:
• What is the role of the movies shown on television in shaping the image of the Egyptian social reality among adolescents
The importance of the study:
• The importance of the media and private available in all homes and suffered by all members of the family television.
• The importance of studying the relationship between adolescents and contents Provided by the satellite is where satellite From the media, which exceeded a high degree of use of the audience of teenagers .
Objectives of the study

• Identify patterns of teenagers to watch these Films.
• Recognize how close the image formed in adolescents (sample) from the Egyptian social and those displayed image than in the study sample movies actually
The limits of the study

It was chosen the subject of the role of movies shown on television Egypt's image in the adoption of social reality in adolescents (Content) satellite channels (as a means), teenagers (as audience) .

The study was performed on a sample of (400 single) Egyptian school students who are age ranges (15-18snh )

A random sample of 400 male and female respondents ranged in age from (15:18) .

The most important results:
Analytical results from the study:
• That positive behaviors prevalent among the heroes of films under study Was the (The defense of the right) at the forefront of these behaviors by 50%, In return came (Maintenance of order) and (fulfill the promise) By equal 25%.
• That the negative attitudes prevailing among the heroes of films under study Was the (Aggressive) and (terrorism) At the forefront of these behaviors by 40.1 %, In return came (Customary marriages) And (gain illegal) And (laziness at work) By equal 6.6 %.


From the results of the field study :
• The (entertainment, leisure) It came in the introduction to the causes of the respondents to watch movie channels increased by 61.3% , It came (increase of personal information) In second place at a rate of 60% And it came (to reflect the reality in which we live) In third place with 59.3 % Then tie (Where I watch some of the stars who love them) And (learn them how to act in different situations ) In fourth place with 52.5 % , And finally (To find out the most important problems of society) by 43 % . The detailed results showed No difference in the responses of the respondents on the reasons for the respondents to watch movie channels according to type.
• More than half of the sample 96.5 % Arab Cinema watching movies reflect the image of the Egyptian social reality from the perspective of the respondents. In contrast, 3.5 % do not watch them.
