Mostafa Mohammed Nour;
Abstract
This in-vitro study was designed to evaluate the effect of different wax Pattern Construction Techniques (conventional layering wax pattern fabrication technique, CAD/CAM milled wax pattern and 3D printed wax pattern fabrication technique) on the Fitness Of Customized Lithium disilicate Implant Abutments on titanium inserts before and after pressing and compering this with the marginal fir of milled lithium disilicate implant abutment.
Forty five wax pattern were fabricated as follow, first of all implant analogue was selected with its corresponding titanium inserts .the insert was screwed to the analogue using the suitable screw driver. Direct scanning of the titanium inserts using extra oral scanner was done using exocad software a premolar design of implant abutment was made according to the planned criteria of fabrication.
