Abstract


Aim of the Work
The aim of this prospective longitudinal study was to investigate the relationship between placental thickness during the second and third trimesters and placental and birth weights.

Research question
In normal pregnant women, Is there a relationship between the placental thickness during the second and third trimesters and placental and birth weights?

Research hypothesis
Null hypothesis
In normal pregnant women, placental thickness during second and third trimesters may be correlated with placental and birth weight at term.
