Abstract
The Research Aims:
The current research seeks to achieve the following objectives:
1- To stand on the theoretical basis of the Community Learning Centers as a
mechanism to support lifelong learning in the contemporary world.
2- To understand the nature of the Japanese social context in its relation to
lifelong learning.
3- Stand on community learning centers as a mechanism to support lifelong
learning in Japan.
4- To observe the reality of the Hantagawa Community Learning Center in
Naha City as a mechanism to support lifelong learning.
5- To stand on the reality of Egyptian efforts in the field of community
learning centers Okinawa Prefecture.
6- To provide some recommendation to activate Community Learning
centers in Egypt, enabling them to be a mechanism to support learning
life in the light of Japanese experience, that commensurate with the
nature of Egyptian society.
