Abstract

University to achieve increases in chamomile plant growth, yield of
flowe'r heads and oil content produced by plant, using two methods.
First method, the plants were sprayed with plant growth regulators,

Kinetin, GA

and ccc. Second method, the plants received two levels

of soil fertilizers, sprayed with two kinds of foliar fertilizers and the plants were sprayed with foliar nutritions every two weeks or three weeks.
The plants which were E3prayed with CCC treatment gave the
highest number of branches per plant, while those sprayed with GA3 were the tallest ones. While those sprayed with Kinetin had the heaviest fresh and dry weights of flower head per plant. Kinetin at
125 ppm. led to the best results in this concern, and gave the highest mean yearly yield of oil per plant.
