Abstract
Mitral commissurotome is a new entry into the field of dilating the mitral valve. Its role, indications and outcome are still to be established.
This study aimed at comparing the mitral commissurotome to the standard procedure double balloon PBMV. This comparison is establishing the outcome as regard success and complication.
