Abstract
The ann of this work Is to compare the commonly used technique ill blood group serology with some newly developed one in an effort to shed light on some advantages and disadvantages of the use of this new method.
Samples from one hundred and fifty three cases were included ill this study. One hundred and twenty eight cases were antenatal and twenty-five cases were mothers of cases proved to be HDN.
