Abstract

The subject of this study is «The effect of the fault of the affected in the right for compensation in civil liability», this effect is one from two things, total prevention of affected from his right in compensation, or some prevention from his right. The researcher begins his study by explanation the legal nature of the fault of the affected as a side reason has an effect with the relation in the civil liability.
